The BDO Mergers & Acquisitions team acted as sponsor to Ferrexpo plc in connection with two related party acquisitions. A subsidiary of the Group acquired, in two separate transactions, a two kilometre railway line and an associated power line from a company controlled by Ferrexpo’s majority shareholder.
