BDO provided reporting accountant and financial due diligence services on the IPO of Digital 9 Infrastructure Plc and its simultaneous acquisition of Aqua Comms DAC.
Digital 9 Infrastructure Plc is a newly established, externally managed investment trust. The Company will invest in a range of digital infrastructure assets which deliver a reliable, functioning internet, focusing primarily on digital infrastructure investments which are operational and with an existing customer base.
Following the successful completion of the IPO, the Company acquired Aqua Comms, a platform owning and operating c14,300km of trans-Atlantic sub-sea fibre systems.
