BDO acted as reporting accountant for Tritax EuroBox plc's £198m premium list fundraise.
Tritax EuroBox plc is a Premium Listed investor and manager of large Continental European logistics real estate assets.
On 5th March 2021 the Company anounced the results of its placing, open offer, offer for subscription and intermederiaries offer in which it raised £198.4m, significantly exceding its £173m target.
